Advising experts and executives on compliance, governance and regulatory issues Analysis of new legal and regulatory requirements and derivation of appropriate measures Implementation of risk analysis and development of internal policies and compliance processes Participation in sustainability and ESG initiatives as well as corresponding reporting processes Accompanying audits, certifications and customer requirements Communication with authorities, business partners and external stakeholders Support for contractual and organisational issues Further development of sustainable and regulatory corporate standards Conception and implementation of training in compliance and sustainability

Successfully completed studies (e.g. law, economic law, compliance, sustainability management or a comparable discipline) Professional experience in the fields of compliance, governance, ESG, sustainability, law or adjacent topics, ideally in an industrial environment Interest in regulatory developments and economic relationships Communication strength as well as the ability to process complex issues in a way that is addressable Own initiative and a high level of responsibility Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation
