Working in operation, configuration and further development of the USU ITSM platform Analysis, design and implementation of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.) in USU according to defined specifications Configuration and adaptation of workflows, forms, masks, scripts and reports based on requirements Takeover of technical implementation tasks from technical requirements of IT and specialist areas Integration of the USU-ITSM solution into existing system landscapes (e.g. monitoring, identity management, asset management) Analysis and troubleshooting as well as support in performance improvements of the application Control operation support including 2nd-/3rd-level support Conducting tests, quality assurance and documentation of adaptations and developments Cooperation in the team and with internal contact persons and external service providers

professional training (e.g. specialist in system integration or application development) and ideally multi-year professional experience in the ITSM environment. practical experience in the operation or administration of ITSM solutions (e.g. USU ITSM or comparable tools). Knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes. Experience in the configuration, adaptation and maintenance of ITSM platforms. Knowledge of script and application development (preferably Python 2.7) . Experience with interfaces and integrations (REST/SOAP, Webservices) . Knowledge of development processes (Dev Pipelines) . Plus no need: knowledge in Linux/Windows server environments and IT infrastructure Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL)
