What your tasks are:

• You are responsible for maintaining and securing the painting process
• Change of color you carry out your own and secure a consistent quality standard by setting, monitoring and releasing the painting process
• You monitor the parts and empty goods supply at the paint shop, at the control station and at the pad printing
• also you train the workers: inside the paint shop and at the control site
• The documentation of pieces, process releases and the management of the shiftbook are your responsibility

What we want from you:

• You have completed vocational training for industrial painter (m/w/d), vehicle painter (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification as well as a further training for master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d)
• first experience in the team leadership of a small team or in a deputy leadership position
• You have several years of experience in the paint shop, ideally in industrial painting
• with your good German teas you can score
