They are responsible for the technical design, implementation and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors Modules (including Recruiting, Learning, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll) and thus make an important contribution to optimizing our HR system landscape. With your know-how, you actively design implementation projects, plan and run them and work closely with cross-departmental project teams. Through continuous exchange with the specialist departments in the HR department, you identify and analyze requirements and ensure the smooth functionality of our systems. They perform extensive functionality tests, maintenance work and accompany software rollouts as technical contact. As a central contact person for user questions, you can help internal teams and coordinate communication with external service partners.

You have several years of professional experience in the technical support and implementation of SAP-based personnel management and payment accounting systems (e.g. SAP SF / SAP HCM). A completed study of computer science, business informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification are of advantage – also cross-comers with relevant expertise in the mentioned area of responsibility are welcome. Process optimization inspires you: your analytical working style, your own initiative as well as your high team and customer orientation. Convince your language skills: you master German in a safe manner (min. C1) and have very good English skills.
