From the first day we count on your support: With fresh ideas and motivation, you work as a full-fledged team member from the outset and learn gradually and accompanies the craftsman in one of our sales or product units. You work in an international team where you regularly have contact with our colleagues at locations in Germany and abroad. Take responsibility for selected topics, e.g. in the sales units during the preparation and execution of customer appointments or in the product units when introducing product innovations and platform solutions in a growing business field. We focus on you, your qualifications and your willingness to learn. Combining competencies, sharing ideas - the expertise of various experts is in demand for cross-departmental projects. You exchange with others and work together on interdisciplinary projects. You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. This allows everyone to learn and benefit from your individual experiences.

The basis for your entry is a very well-established study of economics, legal or comparable, which is just before the conclusion. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You have already met the financial sector of a company through internships or work students. In addition, you have already gained experience abroad or have a high affinity for an international environment. You are passionate about intercultural teams and you are already bringing first practical experiences here. In German and English you can communicate at least on the language level C1. Ideally, you can add these languages with good knowledge in another foreign language (e.g. French or Spanish). You have a strong customer and solution orientation and enjoy developing tailor-made solutions together with internal and external partners. The world press not only interests you, but you want to actively shape economic developments. You understand economic relationships and ideally have the first knowledge of commercial, financial or capital market products. Digital media, agile working methods, new developments - we are moving in an environment with a high rate of change. With your curiosity, you want to grow and get ready to get familiar with new topics.
