Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Optimization and further development of production processes Active advancement of improvements in the CS process Introduction and anchoring of new processes and methods in the supply chain organization Development of strategies for process and interface optimization Systematic identification of optimization potentials for improving operational KPIs using lean methods Initiation and monitoring of data-based decision-making processes for measuring improvements and identifying optimization possibilities Knowledge transfer and support in the practical implementation of improvement measures Cross-sector cooperation to solve problems, exchange best practices and promote continuous improvements

Complete studies or masters in FMCG (ideally food technology or brewing) Multiannual professional experience in Operational Excellence, Process Optimization or a related area (food or beverage production preferred) Extensive knowledge of various management methods such as TPM, KVP, Kaizen, Six Sigma Found IT knowledge in handling process control systems as well as basic knowledge in SAP/ERP and MES Impressed team capacity and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation High will and willingness to take responsibility and actively promote issues Professional and open communication that contributes to successful cooperation and coordination between departments
