Senior Recruiting Manager – Focus on IT Specialists (m/f/d)

As Senior Recruiting Manager (m/w/d), you will find employees for our exciting transformation and development projects and are the central point of contact for applicants and interested parties. Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process of a defined area within our IT department: from the selection, deployment and implementation of appropriate personal marketing measures and campaigns, from the selection of employees to the employee consultation and contract creation. Applicant Management: Managing Digital Support You conduct personal and virtual interviews and enter into contract negotiations with the applicants. Direct Search: With passion, target-group-oriented approach and personal touch, you can contact the right people on digital business platforms and within your networks – thereby inspire us and our IT jobs. Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies, like in economics, BWL, Personalmanagement, Human Resources Management, Psychology or Social Sciences, or an apprenticeship and further training with personal reference, e.g. as a personal specialist (m/w/d). Professional experience: You have many years of expertise in recruiting and have already successfully recruited professionals and executives in the IT field. Ideally, you are also experienced in operational personnel work and in cooperation with works councils and other HR departments. People Skills: You are interested in people and their personal and professional stories. Your diagnostic know-how and good human knowledge are the foundations for your excellent selection of our future employees. Tools and methods: You are strong in Active Sourcing and Networking. You know the recruiting trends, are creative and courageous in creating campaigns and ads, but also structured and organized in the analysis and selection of suitable personal marketing tools. Interaction: With Social Awareness you build a personal contact with our competitors – live, by phone or Microsoft teams. Very good German knowledge is a must because our company language is German.
