In our company we form Berlin on 1st in cooperation with the University of Economics and Law. October 2026 in the course of study BWL/service management dual. The degree programme enables economics and at the same time practice-integrated training oriented to the requirements of the company. Graduates: You are involved in operational and strategic business processes at an early stage and are thus optimally prepared for tasks, in particular in controlling, in corporate management, consisting of accounting, purchasing, object management and travel service and project business. These include the planning, control and control of operational processes, the preparation of figures, reports and analyses as well as the monitoring of projects. With us, you will get to know the diverse tasks in accounting, controlling and project business: whether you create reports, analyze key figures, accompany projects or support business processes – you are always in the middle.

You support the team in accounting and controlling, e.g. in evaluations, reports and key figures analysis, and help prepare decision bases You will learn the central processes of cost and performance accounting, financial planning and accounting and apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly in practice You participate in projects to optimize business processes and support the further development of internal reporting and controlling structures You accompany the design and structuring of company-internal processes and learn how different business areas interact As part of a rotating deployment concept, you will gain practical insights into various operational and strategic business areas and learn about the processes in commercial management, accounting, controlling and project business

You have good performance over the general university maturity or professional university maturity and are looking forward to combining theory and practice You are interested in business relationships and are particularly enthusiastic about the areas of controlling and accounting You are characterized by a high motivation, willingness to use and fun in dealing with numbers You are happy to work both in the team and independently You are reliable and have a high sense of responsibility You convince by an independent and structured way of working, are very well organized and can safely master the current MS Office applications You have a very good oral and written expressiveness in German and good English language skills

Organization of training: Start 1 October 2026 Period of study: six semesters (three years) You are studying at the University of Economics and Law Berlin – BWL / Service Management (B.A.) You change in the three-month rhythm between theory and practice phases The VDI/VDE-IT takes over your full semester contribution and grants an additional training allowance of €1,400 gross per month, plus: Special and holiday payment as well as public transport tickets
