Creation and acquisition of scales in coordination with construction managers, polishing and foreworkers Timely preparation of billing including assignment to performance positions Creation of billing and closing accounts Examination of subcontractor services and accounts as well as the collection of relevant contractual and execution deviations Support in construction site documentation

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, completion as a construction technician or construction-related training with relevant professional experience Funded knowledge of VOB and safe handling of MS Office and ideally billing software (e.g. BauSU) Driving licence B Self-employed, careful and responsible working methods as well as high responsiveness, cost and appointment Communication strong and team-oriented personality
