Independent processing and solution of requests and fault messages Ensuring the internal service level and the operational readiness of the IT infrastructure Consumption of incoming IT posts from the hardware and software sector (1st and 2nd level support) Support in 3rd level support in cooperation with our IT service provider Support server systems, networks and IT infrastructure including maintenance and optimization Support in integration and efficient use of application software Planning and installation of new IT systems and the maintenance and updating of existing IT infrastructure Projecting IT solutions for offices, including in international environments

Complete technical IT training with relevant professional experience or studies in the field of computer science Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online and Teams Experience in the administration of networks, VDI environments (citrix), terminals and cloud services Experience in administration of local server systems clusters in VMware and Proxmox environments Experience in handling IT systems and software solutions (e.g. Mailstore, Pixio, CAD) High problem solving competence, independent working and team orientation excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Joy in new technologies and collaboration on modern IT projects
