Together, we want to help the United Gamers Group, every gamer to its dream gaming PC – in Germany and beyond. You are responsible for working time documentation, absentee management and the complete preparatory wage accounting – as a central interface to external accounting You build clear, legally compliant HR processes such as onboarding, contract and document management and support the personal files You are the direct contact point for employees and managers in all personnel issues – from shift plans to holiday regulations to labour law issues You support the organisation of instruction, risk assessments and security measures in cooperation with external professionals You harmonize HR processes at both locations with the aim of establishing transparency, efficiency and uniform standards

You have several years of experience in operational personnel work, ideally in the middle level or in a similar environment You have practice in the care of professional employees – including working time and absence management as well as preparatory wage accounting You have solid knowledge in labour law as well as basic HR processes such as contracting, onboarding and personal file management You work carefully, reliably and structured with a high level of responsibility You have the pleasure of clear processes, solution-oriented work and the direct exchange with employees and managers in the daily business You have reliable German knowledge in word and writing as well as a respectful, binding communication style at eye level
