Your future job:

As a Regular Technician (RT) you provide professional hardware installation services and coordinate the up and down of IT systems with our customers. Your tasks include performing hardware repairs, error tracking, IMAC services, independent hardware upgrades, and setting up network and system configurations.

• Coordination and implementation of refurbishment work within the framework of installations and relocations.
• connection of client and server units as well as peripheral devices.
• performing functional tests, maintenance of checklists and asset data.
• Inventory and asset maintenance in customer tools.
• Self-fulfilment of hardware repairs and error tracking.
• Implementation of IMAC services for the supported objects.
• Self-employed implementation of hardware upgrades and setup of IP addresses.
• Installation of hardware/software and basic configuration of client-OS.
• Provide hardware 1st and 2nd level support.
• Call acceptance with qualification and provision of 1. level support in documented, standardized solution steps.

Your profile:

• Completed IT-specific training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the installation, configuration and repair of IT hardware and network systems.
• knowledge in the execution of hardware and software installations and in the network configuration.
• Ability to work independently and to manage small teams.
• Embossed problem-solving competencies and the ability to track errors effectively.
• Very good organizational skills and experience in inventory and asset management.
• Communication strength and customer orientation.
