Our business partner in Hilden is a German-American industrial company that takes over the development, production, distribution and technical support of adhesives, coatings and similar technical materials for other companies. In this context we are looking for a laboratory technician/CTA: RTS Product Development (m/w/d)!

Lab formulation activities in the field of rubber-to-substrate adhesives and primers as part of the laboratory activities (e.g. for projects, production support, internal quality issues or customer requests); depending on experience under guidance or independent Testing and analysis of the laboratory formulations produced, e.g. physical tests, performance and stability tests Documentation, evaluation and presentation of the test results Raw materials management and organization in the laboratory Compliance with our requirements on environmental, occupational and health protection and quality management

Completed training as a varnish laboratory, chemical laboratory, chemical/technical assistant or comparable technical or chemical training Multiannual professional experience in a laboratory for paint or adhesive product development Professional knowledge of paint or adhesive formulation/technology desirable Structured, proactive, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Good team and communication skills with a pronounced ''Hands-on'' mentality
