Representation of the production site Papenburg and takeover of the responsibility and organization of the site management in close coordination with project managers or Project Managers Representation of subproject managers for steel construction and corrosion protection at the production site Implementation of, participation in and documentation of construction meetings, including clarification of open points with contractors and service providers Funging as contact person for quality and manufacturing managers of the contractor as well as for inspectors and external construction supervisors Coordination of auditors, Marine Warranty Surveyors and other contractors in coordination with subproject managers and quality management Organization and administration of the Site Office, including materials, work equipment and safety equipment Partial monitoring of production and steel structures and corrosion protection Assessment of non-destructive testing of welds Funging as a central interface for manufacturing topics on site Ensuring quality assurance of external service providers and subcontractors

Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing sites or construction sites, preferably in offshore or maritime areas Experience as a site manager for comparable projects desirable Knowledge of relevant regulations, in particular EN 1090, ISO 12944 and DIN Spec 18088-13 Qualification for welding specialist (SFI, EWE or the like) or welding specialist (SFM) desirable Ideally an additional qualification in corrosion protection (FROSIO, NACE or the like) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Designed analytical skills and competencies in troubleshooting Safe occurrence, conflictability, negotiation and enforcement competence High team and organisational ability as well as strong problem-solving competence Class B valid driving permit
