As Head of Department Politics (m/w/d) of the Federal Business Stales of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) coordinate and develop the political will formation and position determination of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe. You also continue to expand the political communication of the Federal Association of JUH and opens up further networks and activities.

You are responsible for policy matters in person, professionally and organizationally and also have an internal coordination function. You accompany legislative processes and arrange relevant thematic cycles You operate network work and care for decision-makers in political Berlin and Brussels as well as relevant partners

SIe have a degree in political sciences, social sciences or communication sciences (or comparable) You already have several years of relevant and detectable professional experience with You have a deep understanding of the political system Strategic communication and strategic and solution-oriented thinking are your strength You work structured and methodologically You bring experience in project and event management as well as organisational and negotiation skills Network work and relationship care are their strong strength Clear expression in word and writing You have crisis resistance and resilience You identify with our values as a non-profit Christian organization
