At Haus Oberlin in Hildesheim-Sorsum, 77 adult people with complex support needs live in three living areas. They are between 18 and 84 years old. The focus of the offer is on higher assistance services with a large nursing share. The mulite-professional team aims its daily work to build an intense, trusting relationship with the people living here, from which they can create security and humility. If necessary, our Psychological Service offers complementary services.

Profile At least three years of completed educational or nursing vocational training (Heilerziehungspfleger:in, educators:in, nursing caregivers:in, nursing caregivers:in) or equivalent training Willingness to work in shiftwork and weekends They pay attention to the Christian embossing of the Diakony of Heaven and contribute to the goals and values of the diacony.
