Commercial management (m/f/d)

The project is focused on administration, part of a management team and part-time. Working time 26 hours per week, remuneration according to TV-L 13, 01.08.2026 As a commercial management, you take responsibility across departments for the following areas and tasks: Budget, financial planning and management, annual accounts Head of non-pedagogical staff and administrative departments close and constructive cooperation with the managing director Deputy Director Responsibility for staffing Control of processes within quality management and quality standards Funding and donation acquisitions Communication with offices, authorities, bodies and other cooperation partners.

You have a completed economic study or have a comparable academic degree. You already have some years of experience in finance and controlling. You have as much knowledge as possible in the right to grant. You have extensive knowledge of relevant IT programs and experience with hardware and IT environments as much as possible. As an experienced manager, you can inspire your team with a cooperative leadership style and motivate your team even in times of high work requirement. You like to take responsibility and appreciate the cooperation in a living leadership team. Diversity you see as a resource.
