IT Production Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible planning, structuring and control of IT/software projects of medium complexity, including definition of objectives, work packages and milestones, and coordination of project plans with internal areas of expertise. Operational coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers to ensure the timely implementation from the concept to the transfer of operations. Continuous monitoring of dates, resources and budgets, early detection of deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures. Collection, structuring and evaluation of technical requirements, preparation of load and obligations descriptions and coordination with development, specialist areas and external partners. Identification of project-related risks and development of risk mitigation measures. Special interface function for stakeholders, including preparation of status reports, presentations and decision templates. Ensuring a comprehensible project documentation and participation in the continuous improvement of project management standards and methods.

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in project management of IT projects and/or as a game producer. Comprehensive understanding of complex software systems. Enhanced knowledge of agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban) and safe handling of tracking tools like Jira. Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English. Ability to motivate, convince and guide teams. Structured, solution-oriented and proactive mode of operation.
