Your tasks:

• Individual support and advice of employees personal and labour law issues
• recruitment and selection of new employees, including Job alerts, interviews and onboarding
• Support for personnel development and integration
• Creation and maintenance of personnel statistics and reports
• cooperation in the further development of HR processes and
• Strategies
• Cooperation with executives and other departments

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of human resources management, BWL or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience desirable in the field of personnel
• Good knowledge of labour law and personnel administration
• Communication skills and sensitivity
• Self-employed, structured working and team spirit
