Your duties Their role focuses on service and maintenance on Voith control and control technology products. This includes repairs, revisions, troubleshooting and remediation as well as the commissioning of new equipment in compliance with our quality standards both for customers and internally. You strive to build and maintain a lived customer relationship to ensure a satisfied customer base. The development of new tasks, including further training after individual consultation, is also part of your activity. Test performances and customer acceptance in Crailsheim as well as in-house repair in our service workshop complete your task profile.

Your profile You have completed training for machine locks, mechanics or mechatronics. You ideally have experience in machine and plant engineering and have basic knowledge of mechanics. But we also open the door for motivated professionals who are willing to work into this exciting industry. Your passion and your knowledge are crucial. Basic knowledge of electrical and MSR technology is desirable. Your good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing are a prerequisite for this position; further language skills are desirable. Your strengths include an independent and flexible way of working, team skills and good communication skills. A pronounced technical understanding as well as an analytical way of thinking and action is just as important as a Service Mindset. International journeys to customer service operations are of course for you.
