The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Sustainability expert: You advise our customers in the implementation and optimization of IT solutions in the field of sustainability – from strategy development to implementation. Solution architect: You analyze requirements, evaluate solutions and implement projects that cover topics such as sustainability strategy, climate balance and supply chain management. Innovator: You develop customized IT strategies that help our customers achieve their sustainability goals and have a positive impact on the environment. Technology enabler: You support the selection and implementation of software solutions and ensure integration into a comprehensive data strategy. Knowledge broker: You carry out training and workshops for customers and internal teams and share your knowledge on sustainability and IT. Communicator: You'll start convincing reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification You have a deep understanding of IT processes and the ability to analyze and optimize them – you also bring experience in IT consulting, ideally focusing on sustainability It would be beneficial if you could already gain knowledge of software and tools for sustainability (e.g. ServiceNow, Ecovadis). You ideally have a confidentiality with relevant standards and standards in the field of sustainability (e.g. GRI, CSRD) Your team skills, customer orientation and proactive working combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile You are a communication and presentation professional and can therefore express yourself very good in German and English JOBV1_EN
