Are you passionate about the analysis, structuring and modeling of cross-processes and ideally have experience in process management? Then we have the right job for you in the Governance & Data Services group, where central topics are bundled as a competence center for the Union Investment Group, including the management and further development of the company-wide process map. Your main activities include: structuring, analysis & modelling of processes Development & implementation of various concepts for the strategic development of the process map Conception and implementation of digitalization measures to increase the efficiency of daily business Standardization of process modeling conventions & quality assurance You are a graduate or have already gained first professional experience and are you inspiring for a specific topic? Your PLUS in our six-month accompanying program are network events to quickly establish contacts, online learning courses and on-site training, hospitations in relevant interface departments as well as workshops and lectures. You match this position if you bring: Successful degree and ideally first professional experience in process management or process modeling. Knowledge of BPMN notation and process tools such as Signavio. Self-permanent, structured working and a pronounced joy of experimentation with a “Macher” mentality. Very good ability to self-contain in complex structures. Comprehensive knowledge in the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Enforcement, empathy and enthusiasm.
