This is what awaits you with us as a specialist damage management force (m/w/d) Telephone and written processing of motor vehicles Complete processing of all telephone and written processes Active damage management and efficient management of initial and subsequent processing Active switching of alliance services (administration, repair in partner workshops, car consulting etc.) Advice and information in case of damage Documentation of working steps and agreements concluded with the parties

(m/w/d) (m/w/d) or an equivalent completed commercial training and/or experience in the regulation of motor vehicles Communication strength and competence Safe appearance, negotiation skills and very good German knowledge in word and writing High service orientation and empathy as well as time flexibility and loadability Teamability and readiness to learn and change Self-employed working and practice-proven MS Office knowledge
