For a newly created or strategically developed key position, we are looking for an experienced tax advisor (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for the entire financial function beyond the classic tax advice and acts as a savings partner of the managing partner.

Total responsibility for financial and tax functions within the group Compilation and review of annual accounts of different companies and ensuring fair and tax accounting Advising shareholders in tax, financial and business matters Accompanying business transactions, acquisitions and restructuring Tax audit and assessment of transactions under due diligence processes Development of fiscally and economically meaningful corporate and participation structures Contact person for complex tax issues within the group Further development of processes, structures and standards in the financial sector Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team in finance and taxes Cooperation with auditors, banks, tax advisors and other external partners

Successfully completed tax consultant exams Multiannual professional experience in a tax consultancy or audit firm or in a comparable function on the company side Funded knowledge of the tax support of corporations Experience in business transactions, equity management, restructuring or M&A Wide understanding of business relationships and financial control instruments leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for employees Communication strength, liability and sovereign occurrence at all levels
