In our production department ''Fabrik X'', you take over personnel and shift planning and keep all administrative topics around our employees under control. Become a central interface in everyday production and support our team to be optimally positioned!

Staff and shift planning is one of your daily tasks. You are responsible for maintaining and updating the time recording system. You carry out billing-relevant preparations for wage billing. The creation of various evaluations and key figures is your area of responsibility. You work closely with the personnel department, wage accounting and production and production teams. The management and output of locker keys and work clothes are within your task.

Your vocational training in a commercial area or comparable professional experience form the basis of your qualification. You have already gained experience in personnel and shift planning. Working in a production environment is not strange to you. You have a service provider mentality, are helpful and are happy to work with people. Your independent, targeted and reliable operation completes your profile. You have very good German skills and are sure to handle MS Office.
