Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

• Implementation and control of operational measures and controls in accordance with the HACCP concept

• Production management of the layers and control of the requirements

• Regular operations

• Hygiene and disinfection controls

• raw and finished goods control (microbiology, sensor technology, allergens, physical parameters, etc.)

• Maintenance and control of the test equipment and foreign material catasters

• Return pattern maintenance

• Production management of newly developed articles

• Accompanying audits

• Complete professional training in the food sector, an equivalent degree or a dedicated cross-release: in a comparable industry with high hygiene and quality awareness

• Multiannual professional experience desirable

• Team, communication skills and a careful, structured way of working

• Willingness to work in the 2-shift system (spring/spring)

• Basic computer skills are necessary, English knowledge of advantage
