Sales Clerk / Purchasing (m/w/d)

Our client is a medium-sized company specializing in the marketing of an important agricultural resource. The products contribute to sustainable agriculture and food security in Germany.

Due to the strong growth, we are looking for a dedicated specialist for the sales service / purchasing (m/w/d) for the conveniently located office in Berlin Mitte to strengthen the team.

You can expect varied tasks with great decision-making and discretion.

Location: Berlin

Responsibility for the product from purchasing, pricing and order confirmation Coordination of goods supply and processing orders with suppliers and processing stations Collection of incoming orders from specialist consultants, customer supervisors and field managers in the ERP system taking into account commercial principles (e.g. review of sales price, volume optimization) Reporting of sales and inventory reports. Compilation of evaluations for the field managers Creation and maintenance of price lists for different products Monitoring stocks and coordination with distribution

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in sales services and/or purchasing Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities High customer and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Teamability, Reliability and a Structured Operation
