Mandatory intern in the field of Live Communication / Marketing & Events (m/f/d)

• Support in the planning, organisation and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions and events (e.g. Automechanika, Dealers Events, Roadshows)
• Cooperation in project coordination including timetables, budgets, suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Creation and preparation of presentations, briefings, schedules and event concepts
• Support in the development of Booth and Experience concepts and activation ideas
• Coordination of logistics, materials, giveaways and event equipment
• Participation in the operational support of events on site and in the follow-up
• Support for documentation, reporting and performance analyses of Live Communication Activities

Studies: ongoing studies in marketing, communication, event management, business management, media management or comparable Expertise: Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Interest in Live Communication, Brand Activation and the Automotive Industry First experience in the event or project management

Languages: Very good German and English skills in word and writing Personality: Structured work, high organizational ability and reliability Hands on mentality and independent working Communication strength and team capacity Creativity and enthusiasm for event and brand worlds Ready for occasional travel and missions at weekend events
