In our control center you have the overview of our vehicles and our service area to ensure a high availability of vehicles You occupy the driver hotline and take the topics of our employees or guide the concerns to the respective contacts You are the first contact person* in questions of drivers in the areas of digital product, vehicles and charging infrastructure You support exciting small projects

You could ideally gain first experience in customer support, in the call center, in telephony or in comparable areas You are happy to phone and e-mail You keep quiet even in hectic moments You are characterized by good communication skills and have fun in competent and versatile problem solving Your exact way of working Learning-by-doing represents for you the most pleasant form of incorporation You know how to use the PC You have good knowledge of German in word and writing You are ready to work in shiftwork: Mo-So, in the early, late and night shift as well as on holidays
