The position is located in Team 3rd Partner & Programm Management within the Factory Line division and is responsible for the end-to-end analysis, control and optimization of standardized, volume-driven process chains. The aim of the role is to create transparency about performance, quality and achievement in the business sector, to build KPI-based control models and to advance continuous process improvements. The position acts as a central interface between specialist and IT and translates operational requirements into scalable process and system solutions within the framework of digitization and transformation initiatives.

Your tasks

Ensuring transparency about performance, quality and achievement in the Factory Line Analysis, monitoring and control of end-to-end process chains, rollouts and performance indicators Development, introduction and further development of KPIs, reporting and control models Identification of performance and process deviations and derivation of optimization measures Analysis, design and standardization of business processes Control of the interface between department, operations and IT Translation of technical requirements in IT requirements and supervision of implementation Monitoring of change and enablement measures (communication, training, organisational anchoring)

Your profile

Multiannual professional experience in process management, business analysis, performance management or transformation roles Very good understanding of end-to-end process chains, ideally in industrial or volume-driven environment Experience in the construction and operation of KPI, reporting and control systems Representative stakeholder management in complex, cross-sector structures Experience in IT requirements management and technical translation into technical solutions Detectional experience in process analysis, optimization and standardization Structured, analytical thinking and ability to clarify complex situations Experience in change management including organizational anchoring and enablement Safe handling of IT/specialised interfaces High self-initiative and implementation strength in dynamic environments Experience in the telecommunications environment/mobile radio rollout is advantageous Very good German and good English skills
