Number: MER00049L2 In the field of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, we design a positive and forward-looking Candidate Journey along the entire application and onboarding process. Our area of responsibility includes the Hiring & Contracting, the further development of global onboarding processes and the participation in innovative HR solutions and transformation projects. For this exciting task we are looking for you as an intern in the field of hiring & contracting and onboarding. What awaits you: You love diversity and value challenges? During your internship you will get the opportunity to gain insights into two exciting teams: In the Hiring & Contracting team, you actively shape the entire Hiring process and contribute to enabling applicants to enjoy a valuable and positive Candidate Experience. In the Onboarding team, you support the further development of the global onboarding process and help new employees make a successful start at Mercedes-Benz. Your tasks in detail: Active cooperation in the teams Hiring & Contracting and Onboarding Development and implementation of modern formats to improve the Candidate Experience along the entire Hiring process Development of the international onboarding journey through new formats, content and concepts Participation in the introduction and further development of a global HR system Support for workshops, team formats and projects, as well as the acquisition of own topics and tasks We offer Exciting insights into different areas of recruiting and onboarding Working with international HR and transformation projects Possibility to introduce and actively implement your own ideas A motivated team with open feedback and learning culture Further insights into topics such as Employer Attraction, Talent Networks and Recruiting The activity can begin from March 2027.

Course in Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course focusing on staff High motivation to actively shape the future of Attract & Hire at Mercedes-Benz in a dynamic and international environment Quick understanding and interest in new topics and continuous development Ability to analyze complex concepts and processes, to prepare them in a comprehensible manner and to communicate them in a targeted manner Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office Embossed team and communication skills as well as a structured and creative way of working High self-initiative, commitment and enthusiasm for change and transformation issues Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary Compulsory internship certificate and proof of the regular study period.
