With nearly 300 employees, the Südholstein Sewage Association is responsible for wastewater treatment in the southwest of Schleswig-Holstein. In total, we operate seven wastewater treatment plants of different size classes and channel networks with a total length of more than 900 kilometres. The main location is the large sewage plant in Hetlingen. The Hetlingen wastewater treatment plant is the site for the practical phase (about 1/4 of the time).
