You are the heart of the customer relationship: As a central contact person, you will accompany our existing customers through everyday life and make sure everything works smoothly. Customer support: Care and further development of relationships with our existing customers Communication: Proactive information about deviations in the transport process and close coordination with customers, transport partners and internal interfaces Service enquiries: processing of complaints, damages and other customer requests Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of customer-level processes to increase efficiency Special and courier rides: organisation and coordination of individual transport solutions

Closed commercial training, ideally with experience in customer service or sales service First professional experience in a comparable position is desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications and a quick understanding for new systems Communication strength, customer orientation and an independent, structured operation Team spirit and a solution-oriented and reliable operation
