Senior Event Manager - B2B / License Management (m/f/d)

Event Management (approx. 60%) Event: You are in the lead for holistic planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of internal and external events such as trade fairs, customer events and webinars Control: You coordinate service providers and locations, keeps budgets, goals and timelines in mind and ensures a smooth running of our events Teamplay: You work closely with internal teams and sales to ensure a transparent and efficient exchange Your success is measured at sales leads and number of participants.

License management (approx. 30%) License Review: You actively support your colleagues in managing our customer licenses Customer contact: You stand in exchange with customers and communicate reliably

Office Manager (approx. 10%) First point of contact: You are delighted to receive our customers and guests with sovereignty and heart and take care of the inbox Infrastructure: You make sure that our office is representative and well organized – from the structured administration of office material to the reliable coordination of external service providers. (e.g. cleaning)

Your background: You bring at least 5 years of experience in the successful organization of B2B events, trade fairs and digital formats. Commercial know-how: You have a strong commercial understanding and ideally brings knowledge of licensing and contract management. Your way of working: As an organizational institution, you control complex projects with multiple stakeholders structured, reliable and solution-oriented. Your attitude: You are blossoming in a dynamic environment and show the necessary chronological flexibility and readiness for use around our events. Communication strength: You communicate fluently in German as well as in English and bring your messages clearly to the point.
