Studies in economics, psychology, pedagogy or comparable discipline (ideally a first qualifying university degree, e.g. Bachelor) First practical experience in Human Resources, ideally in the area of Talent Management & People Development Enthusiasm for diverse HR topics and willingness to work on a wide range of topics and projects simultaneously Joy in team collaboration and high level of cooperation Good MS Office skills (especially Power Point and Excel) Flowing German and English skills
