You enter a portfolio consisting of 10-15 customers and build partnerships with decision-makers. You develop a very good understanding of the business goals and requirements of our customers in order to develop suitable solutions in close coordination with the product and project management. You are responsible for the successful development of customer projects. You evaluate the progress and satisfaction of the customer, identify challenges, evaluate potentials and realize after sales. You develop ideas and concepts for product management from customer visions and contribute to the long-term optimization of our CPQ software solution. In your role as a networker, you build market-specific customer clusters and bring our customers together with key stakeholders from our internal expert network as well as external partners.

You have a degree in business or sales engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable qualifications. You bring first experience in sales, account, or partner management, ideally in the IT service sector. You have a solid business understanding and an affinity for the IT world as well as technical relationships. You can also act sovereignly in challenging situations by using your strong solutions and compromises. You always convince with a safe, competent appearance and your communication strength.
