Specialist in grid customer management with a focus on battery storage (m/f/d)

As a competent contact person, our network customers advise you on battery storage and maintain the network connection process using the maturity method over all phases until commissioning. You negotiate contracts and contractual adjustments concerning network connection, network usage and technical network support with battery storage. Furthermore, you guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory and technical requirements in customer-relevant processes – for example in the annual calculation of network charges. To do this, you control and coordinate the cooperation between different internal and external stakeholders and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. You will also develop and design documents and templates for network connection requests. Last but not least, you can continuously expand your network expertise in a dynamic regulatory environment.

You have completed a university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business management (BWL) or a comparable field of expertise and have several years of professional experience in the energy industry. You also have basic knowledge of technical equipment for electrical energy distribution and supply. The current legal situation (EEG, EnWG, StromNEV) and trends in the energy sector are known to you. With Eloquenz, negotiation and communication skills, excellent knowledge of German and conflicting skills, you are particularly shiny. You can moderate the exchange between different stakeholders as well as make them targeted. You like to work in interdisciplinary teams, want to take responsibility for their own topics and projects and have fun to master new challenges.
