You are responsible for IT emergency management & BCM professionally end‐to-end: governance, processes, roles, templates, quality assurance and continuous improvement. You establish and maintain BCM standards (including BIA, risk analysis, restart planning) and ensure their implementation in IT and departments. You control the creation, maintenance and effectiveness of IT emergency plans, restart and crisis manuals depend on applications, infrastructure and service providers. You plan, moderate and evaluate emergency exercises, tests and simulations (Table‐Top to technical recovery tests) and take action from Lessons Learned. You coordinate cooperation with central interfaces (e.g. IT operations, enterprise applications, information security, risk, compliance) and the crisis organization. You define KPIs, maturity/audit key figures and start management reports as well as decision bases for leadership, C level and audits. You ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27001, possibly BSI/NIS2) and accompany audits incl. Action management.

A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics, IT-management or similar qualifications Multiannual practice in IT emergency management/BCM or adjacent fields (e.g. IT security, IT governance, risk) Very good method/standard knowledge (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27001) incl. Implementation in complex stakeholder environments Structured, analytical mode of operation; Control via multiple teams (modernisation, prioritization, action tracking) Strong communication: address-oriented preparation, clear recommendations for management & areas Experience in audit/audit management, regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2) and BCM/ISMS certifications
