Our patients: within a team of around 1,350 employees at the highest medical level. For our HR team in Vogtareuth, we are looking for a HR consultant (m/w/d).

Employee Care: Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle as well as advice from managers and employees in all personal business issues. Personnel administration: creation and processing of all administrative processes and correspondence from entry to exit (e.g. employment contracts, change contracts, certificates). Fee settlement: Ensuring and implementing all preparatory measures for payment settlement. Recruiting: independent and professional implementation of the entire recruiting process according to the specified personnel requirement. Process development: Active participation in the continuous development and implementation of personal processes and projects.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on staff or a comparable training with corresponding training in personnel. You provide multi-year professional experience in the field of personnel, ideally in health care. You have knowledge of the labour, business and collective law of the public service. You control the safe handling of MS Office and ideally have SAP HRP knowledge. You convince by professional appearance, communication strength and an independent, structured and targeted way of working.
