Head of Fleet Management (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the fleet control department and lead the four teams of delivery management & quality assurance, operational control, operational vehicle handling and fleet. You ensure smooth operational operation of the area organisation and actively promote their continuous optimization. You develop the area strategically, in particular through the introduction of new mobility concepts and efficient processes. You lead and develop your employees in a targeted manner and promote the development of powerful and motivated teams. You control the area via key figures, ensure the achievement of targets and implement suitable measures and consistently implement them. You are responsible for the economic use of vehicles (TCO), corporate planning and cross-departmental projects while ensuring high data quality.

You have a completed (special) university degree with an economic or technical orientation. You bring many years of relevant professional experience in fleet management, in the rental business or in a comparable environment. You have several years of leadership experience and have a clear result orientation. You have a well-founded knowledge of the operating landlord business and a pronounced understanding of TCO relationships. You are characterized by a high IT affinity and a good understanding of processes and systems. You convince by strategic thinking, analytical strength and a sovereign and enforceable appearance.
