The Core Unit System Medicine is a device centre for research and bioanalytics, which provides the applications, expertise and technologies for biomedical research projects in particular by Würzburg scientists. We are looking for a dynamic, qualified person who is interested in a system-relevant and versatile activity. As a new member of our international team (https://www.med.uni-wuerzburg.de/cu/sysmed/team/), you will be able to strengthen us in the management and accounting of molecular biological services.

Your task:

• Budget monitoring and management of budget and research funding
• Preparation and handling of order, booking and invoice operations
• Processing of personnel matters
• Content audit of our website and revision of websites
• General correspondence in German and English
• General administrative and secretarial tasks

Your qualification profile:

• A successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable training with equivalent skills
• Accounting skills and experience in third-party administration - desirable
• Joy in a service-oriented task in an international environment
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working, distinct organizational and communicative skills
• Very good expressability in German and English
• Very good IT skills in MS Office, safe handling of SAP (financial management), experience with TYPO3 CMS desirable
