Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) As a Master of Science in the Process Management degree program with the focus on managing business processes, you support us in the exciting business process management area. Here you are mainly involved in harmonisation projects as part of our corporate transformation with a focus on digitization and integration of new business areas. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturer: Within the Dual Universities, you can learn theoretical skills while collecting your practical experience in the company. You work in an international agile team on strategically relevant projects in the field of Business Process Management. Together with the process managers, you shape forward-looking processes and create the basis for effective cooperation with new business areas. Together with the process organization, you analyze potential vulnerabilities and optimize existing processes throughout the company. In addition, you take specialist and project tasks, immerse yourself in the operational business and support the Business Process Management Team to continuously improve current procedures. You apply your theoretical knowledge of your studies directly in practice and thus contribute significantly to the success of the project. Last but not least, a personal mentor or a personal mentor will accompany you on your way.

Education: Bachelor in Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Experiences and know-how: IT affinity; first experiences in project management, business process management, process mining and/or data mining Personality and working methods: you manage to communicate complex facts clearly and you adapt flexibly to new circumstances; you take with enthusiasm and take responsibility for your tasks; you work independently and think analytically, and you also occur sovereignly in an international environment Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
