Tag service: Co-responsibility for the smooth running at reception & reservation Personal, professional and sensitive guest care. You are the first & last contact of the guest at the hotel (welcome to check-out) General correspondence as well as answering telephone, postal or personal requests and forwarding telephone calls complaint processing according to internal requirements Concierge Works (Weckruf, Taxiruf und Table Bookings)

Night service (complemented by the tasks that also make day service): Regular working time from 22:30 am - 7:00 pm Cash management, billing, check-out of guests Consumption & control of restaurant & bar bills, preparation of the daily accounts and various sales statistics & reports Distribution of arrival lists, daily and weekly overviews Check of guest accounts, reservation control taking into account the guest wishes & occupancy Processing of (reservation) inquiries, creation of offers, self-responsible room sales up to the creation of independent reservation confirmations Input of name lists for groups active safety tours at the hotel Concierge Works (Weckruf, Taxiruf, Table Bookings, Room Service) Mise en Place: general pre- and post-processing for the daily shift Cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines incl. Back office area

first professional experience at the hotel reception, ideally also at night service Self-employment, readiness to provide services and careful & reliable operation Experiences in dealing with various guest characters/personalities authentic appearance & pleasure in a competent service a communicative, motivated & stress-resistant personality good computer skills, experience with a hotel software desirable
