In this role within the CPO PMO, you work closely with the CTO PMO and cross-functional teams to establish robust project management practices throughout the company. To ensure that projects, requirements, priorities and resources are clearly visible and controllable. Management of medium-sized programs and complex projects throughout the entire life cycle, as well as the management of critical initiatives in various business areas, especially at the interface between product management and software development. structuring of projects by status, effort, risks, dependencies, business value as well as resource needs and support of sponsors as well as idea messages in strategic plans Designing and establishing our project management methodology, the prioritization logic (business value, effort, urgency, capacity) as well as the advanced change management process. Coordination of stakeholders with different objectives in software development, IT, BI, Commercial Management, Sales, Finance, Networks and Customer Care. Using the AI automation of PMO workflows with Claude and n8n as well as mentoring and coaching of other project managers in advanced planning and risk management. Qualifications Successfully completed studies or comparable qualifications in business informatics, computer science, business management, project management or a related field. Founded, proven experience in project management in a technical environment (IT project management or digital delivery), including the parallel control of several complex initiatives. Strong knowledge of classic and agile frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe) combined with a high IT affinity for connecting business and technology – including sound knowledge in Jira and Confluence, and ideally first to medium experience with Claude and n8n for workflow automation. Proven ability to structure complex, unclear topics in concrete steps of action, coupled with strong conflict resolution competence, pragmatic, independent working and sovereign communication at all stakeholder levels.
