As a caregiver (m/w/d) in day care, you accompany our guests through the day and design activating offers. You plan group activities, support everyday life and work closely with the care and care team. In doing so, you're looking for structure, variety and a value-adding atmosphere.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Laatzen, Hahne Tagespflege | Grasdorf. Hours: part-time with 25 hours per week. Holiday: 29 days at a 5-day week. Working hours: Early service from 8:00 to 13:00, late service from 11:30 to 16:30. Payment: For a weekly working time of 25 hours, the monthly gross salary is € 2.083.65.

Your tasks: Everyday design: accompaniment of the guests during the day and support their independence. Group offers: Planning and implementation of employment and activation offers. Daily support: participation in practical processes and everyday activities in day care. Cooperation in the team: coordination with care and care staff to optimally coordinate offers and processes. Accompanying the daily structure: ensuring a reliable, varied daily routine for the guests.

Your profile: Qualification: Approved qualification as a care force according to § 43b / 53b SGB XI. Professional experience: Ideally, first experience in the care of older or nursing people. Driving licence: Class B EU driving licence is required. German knowledge: Good German knowledge for communication with guests and the team. Personality: empathy, patience and value-awareness. Operation: Reliable, structured and responsible.
