Become part of our research and development department in the “Equipment Service Industrialization” group at ZEISS’s Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology division. As part of the “Equipment Life Cycle Services” department, we are responsible for cross-sectional processes and industrialization throughout the entire machine life cycle. Our group supports high-precision special machines that are crucial for the production of the world's most precise optics and are used under extreme conditions. We are responsible for the service architecture and availability of these innovative equipment and work closely with international suppliers and specialised development departments to continuously expand our expertise. Our goal is to master technical challenges and shift the limits of the potential to develop more powerful semiconductors. ‘

Transfer of resources (equipments) on behalf of R&D to Services (users)

comprehensive support of devices, assemblies and systems with a variety of functions, interfaces and links

Define and tune requirements, in particular with a focus on high machine uptime, on assemblies or systems

Implementation and feasibility of service concepts with different approaches

Provision of components in line with service and uptime requirements during development activities

completed university degree in the technical field (automatization technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) from Bachelor

at least 5 years of industrial experience (special machine construction or plant construction, aerospace, etc.), of which at least 2 in complex development projects

Willingness to provide at least 40% of working time on site

German from B2 and English from B1 (both in word and writing)

Hands-on mentality and fun to integrate development and practical tasks in mechanical engineering and to cooperate in the team
