Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Develop the company's network strategy as an experienced administrator in the area of LAN, WAN and firewalls • The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team is in your hands • You actively support the development of your team members and support them in their professional development • You introduce yourself to the implementation of tasks and projects • Your task also includes the management of the team, taking into account the corporate objectives • Optimize processes and processes and continuously organize • In projects you either take the lead or work as a team member • You make sure that the operational and strategic goals in the network area are implemented efficiently
