In this role you accompany and tax construction projects from preparation to completion. Depending on the experience, you take projects independently or grow step by step into the project management. You will keep costs, dates, quality and security in mind, and together with all the project participants will ensure a smooth project run. Your tasks: Preparation, organisation and monitoring of simple construction projects and sub-construction measures from concept to completion Coordination and monitoring of construction and project activities Ensuring compliance with building and quality standards, regulations and safety regulations for simple construction projects and sub-construction measures Creation of budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking lists and schedules for simple construction projects and sub-construction measures Monitoring of costs and dates for regular reporting Auditing and clearance of invoices and ensuring the proper settlement Communication with customers, architects, engineers and other project participants Solution of problems and conflicts at the construction site to ensure a smooth project sequence With the help of tendering and awarding works, including the evaluation of offers and negotiation of contracts with contractors and suppliers Ensuring safety at the construction site by maintaining and monitoring all relevant safety regulations and standards

Complete university studies in civil engineering, architecture, state-of-the-art construction technicians or a comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in construction and project management, ideally in construction and with experience in performance phases 6–8 according to HOAI High self-initiative, readiness for performance and a structured and targeted way of working Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various project participants Safe handling of common office applications and desirable experience with MS Project Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
