RVZ GmbH – our company RVZ GmbH, headquartered in Wolpertshausen and other offices, has been Germany's largest cooperative marketing company for livestock and slaughter animals since the merger in 2024. Compliance with statutory requirements, internal guidelines and recognised quality and welfare standards is a key part of our business. In order to secure and further develop our quality and compliance structures, we are looking for dedicated colleagues in quality assurance in commercial and slaughter animal marketing, who contribute to the stability and sustainability of our organization with expertise, integrity and responsibility. The objective of the Agency is to ensure compliance with all relevant legal, qualitative, animal welfare and compliance-related requirements in livestock trade and the active further development of transparent, effective and comprehensible control and monitoring processes along the entire value chain. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. animal welfare, transport, food and commercial law) Implementation, care and further development of quality, control and compliance systems (e.g. QS, animal welfare programs, bio standards, internal guidelines) Support in the further development and implementation of the RVZ Group compliance management system Implementation and monitoring of internal controls, audits and supplier reviews Monitoring compliance with internal requirements, processes and behavior guidelines Documentation, evaluation and follow-up of quality, animal welfare and compliance related indicators Processing of deviations, violations and complaints as well as derivation, implementation and control of corrective and preventive measures Training and awareness of employees, suppliers and transporters on quality, welfare and compliance issues Cooperation with authorities, certification bodies, auditors and internal specialist departments Support in the continuous development and digitization of quality and compliance processes

Complete training or studies in agriculture, agriculture, agricultural sciences, quality management, food industry or comparable Knowledge of legal requirements, quality standards and ideal compliance principles in livestock trade Experience in quality assurance, quality management or compliance Outstanding sense of responsibility and duty as well as high integrity Structured, careful and independent operation Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels Safe handling of documentation systems and in the Microsoft environment readiness to external appointments and practical work
