Become part of our team of Business Area Surface Solutions and get into the exciting world of surface materials. We are looking for a creative head for our R&D, which advances the projects in our areas of LivTec Exterior and Interior Films. Our strategic portfolio includes innovative exterior films for window profiles, doors, garage doors and facades as well as furniture films for kitchen and bathroom furniture.

Their tasks include:

• Processing of specialist projects with suppliers and customers as well as internal development projects in the areas of LivTec Exterior and Interior Films
• Development and optimization of existing and new formulations as well as material constructions
• Testing new and alternative raw materials
• Planning and implementation of experiments in the laboratory, technology and production
• Development of raw material specifications and implementation of the raw material qualification process
• Complete documentation according to ISO 9001
• Support of production units, especially in advisory function, with regard to the production and processing of raw material systems, components or formulations
• Support of sales areas for customers with regard to specialist topics and inquiries

Qualifications

• academic degree in the field (polymer) chemistry; Plastic technology or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the plastics-producing/processing industry
• First experience in project management
• Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
• High organizational capacity
• Embossed customer and quality orientation
• Enforcement and problem solving
• Embossed communication strength
